One of the mistakes that many trainees make when exercising a muscle group multiple times per week is that they try to keep the volume high on each day, while they lose muscle mass. To avoid this, I have worked my whole body every day the last 3 weeks. In fact, I even split the whole body into two separate workouts, one on Monday morning and one on Saturday morning.
